A note about registration
For campout registrations, we now use Trooptrack instead of Google Forms. Select "Register Here" to access the registration page in Trooptrack. Check out this link for Trooptrack instructions and FAQs. If you cannot find the email sent in August with instructions for completing your Trooptrack account, email technology@oakgrovescouting.org.
In the Allergy Note section of a profile (Scout or Adult) it is essential that you note any allergies, food preferences, and if your Scout will take meds during campouts. This ensures we have accurate info on everyone for each campout. You only need to do this one time, unless the med info changes . . . . then please update.
To complete payment for the campout, you have a couple of options. Pay via PayPal when you RSVP or pay with escrow. If you want to use escrow, email akrafty@me.com and treasurer.st77@oakgrovescouting.org to verify the escrow funds and load them in your Scout's profile.
Campout Description
The October campout is focused on making great food, relaxing, and camping! All meal plans will utilize Dutch ovens! There are so many delicious recipes to make, and the coolness of October is a great time to have those fires going! You will have some time to hike trails around Woodruff, fish, or play games!
This is a great campout for all parents to come (especially if you haven't camped much with the Troop) and have an enjoyable time outside. Be sure to get your training and med forms done.
Review all our campout guidelines here to ensure you know about expectations regarding medical forms, adult training, cancellations, refunds, and the requirement that Scouts participate fully in the campout.
Attending Adults: Medical Forms and Adult training (YPT and Haz Weather) are due when registration closes. Work on them now!
